Module 1 – visions on leadership

Open the workbook below and complete it while listening to this first module. This module takes approximately 1 hour including break moments during which you reflect on your leadership.

Our advice is to then take a week to do your “homework” and continue the course in a week. But of course you can also skip ahead and move on to modules 2 and 3. This way you have a half-day crash course in leadership!

If you are taking the course together with colleagues: pause it every now and then for a good conversation! So you grow together and inspire each other. Have fun with this module.
